1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to MARNAT. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, e-commerce store, custom formula customizer, diagnostic quiz platforms, and private consultation services. By accessing or purchasing from our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Custom Formulations & Bespoke Orders

Each custom perfume, discovery set miniature, and bespoke formulation is individually compounded to order based on your selected notes or diagnostic quiz results.

• Final Sale Policy: Because custom creations are compounded specifically to your individual specifications, all bespoke orders, discovery sets, and custom formulations are strictly final sale and non-refundable once compounding has commenced.
• Formula Archiving: Custom formula ratios created through our atelier are assigned a unique laboratory code and recorded in our private ledger for future reordering. MARNAT retains ownership of exact chemical proportions and compounding notes.
• Artisanal Variations: Fine botanical extracts and raw materials naturally vary slightly by batch harvest. Subtle nuances in color or profile are inherent to natural perfumery and do not constitute defects.

3. Product Use & Skin Safety Advisory

Our fragrances are formulated strictly for external personal wear.

4. Digital Gift Vouchers

MARNAT Digital Gift Vouchers are redeemable exclusively on our website toward physical products, custom creations, or private studio consultations. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and never expire.

5. Intellectual Property

All imagery, code, brand marks, studio essays, olfactory study publications, and web interfaces are the proprietary intellectual property of MARNAT. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.
